There is zero config needed for the cameras. Just plug in and click adopt in the Unifi app. Sure there are better cameras and you can use open source software to run your NVR. But the simplicity of the whole Unifi ecosystem is worth every penny.You can have a total break of some critical function over a firmware update, and issues with boot loop, going into rescue mode and extremely bad handling of errors.
